A renovation design for a wedding chapel in the city of Eindhoven. The open space gives the opportunity to marry with a small or large following. The most important element in the room is the rotating couch (see pictures). For small weddings the couch can be put in a circle so the couple can marry in a very intimate way with a small group of guests. For bigger ceremonies the couch can be moved towards the open space so the guests can use the sofas as well. The lamps create a structure within the room, they hang from a new places ceiling. The fairy-like environment is emphasized by a simple modern wall-painting.
